Robert Mulcrone
Company director Robert has been involved in the property industry for the past 10 years, having gained valuable experience working for estate agents in Cambridgeshire and Regents Park before settling in Essex with his wife and son. Having purchased the business in 2011, the recent change of name has been planned from the beginning to reflect the expansion of Keeleys with the original company based in Ely and now Maldon.
Robert is keen to promote Maldon and the surrounding areas and feels it is a great place to live and work, if you require any advice on the rental market or are looking to instruct an agent then please feel free to visit him at the office.

Emma Johnson
Emma has been with the company for fifteen years and has gained unrivalled knowledge of the local lettings market, using her experience she is able to handle all manner of situations relating to the management of a property/tenancy without fuss and hesitation.
Whether it is a question regarding the referencing process or a maintenance issue at a property, Emma is adapt at dealing with all concerns relating to the letting process and having built up excellent relationships with local contractors can have repairs carried out swiftly.
Away from the office, Emma enjoys spending time with her family, long country walks with her husband and dog Charlie.
Accounts
Sharon Lee
Sharon joined the company in the accounts department after having worked for 10 years for large construction company bringing with her vast knowledge and experience.
Sharon oversees all of the day to day accounts and payments to landlords while helping out the lettings team in busy periods. Her attention to detail and meticulous organisational skills is second to none ensuring a closely monitored credit control is maintained at all times.
With her friendly manner she is always proficient in explaining any queries you may have regarding statements or rental payments.
Block & Estates Manager
Karan Hand
Having previously worked for Keeleys in the lettings department, Karan returned to head up our Block Management division.
Karan brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in property management, coupled with a desire to offer excellent customer service to leaseholders, she is approachable with a helpful attitude.
Karan has lived locally for may years, she enjoys a family country life and can be found happily hacking around the countryside on her horse. When time permits for a little relaxation, Karan will be with her partner and his Classic American Car at various shows around the Country.
